Refund Policy

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return window for all our products. The return period starts from the day you receive your product. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days
  • The refund amount will be credited to your original payment method
  • You will receive an email notification when the refund is processed

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products with damaged or missing packaging
  • Items that show signs of use or damage
  • Products with broken seals or missing accessories
  • Customized or personalized items

Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. The shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

How to Initiate a Return

To start your return process:

  • Visit our Returns & Exchange page
  • Enter your order details and select the items you wish to return
  • Choose your preferred refund method
  • Print the return shipping label (if provided)

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support immediately. We will cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items and process a full refund or replacement as per your preference.
